Payment method
The prices on our website are shown in Euros for all countries.
In accordance with the applicable legislation, any purchase made on our website is subject to the Value Added Tax (VAT).
Minimum age to purchase on our online web is 18.
To protect credit/debit card payment security, we use secure payment systems. The confidencial payment data are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the financial entity. When you make a payment over a secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. The issuing bank will be contacted, requesting that the operation be pre-authorised so as to assure that there are sufficient funds for the transaction to be completed.
Delivery
Shipments are delivered through Correos (Spanish Post). Your order will be delivered within 10-15 days from the moment you place your order. Allow 15-20 days for transcontinental deliveries except for delays due to postal services. If you do not receive it within this time frame please contact the Seve Ballesteros Foundation on info@fundacionseveballesteros.org
Free delivery within Spain. Delivery charges will be of €7.00 for each order out of Spain. For purchases over 300 €, delivery expenses are free of charge.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you provided on the form, so it is important that you pay special attention when completing the delivery address data. We will not be held liable if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete or delays due to postal services.
No amount will be refunded when loss or poor condition of the article is found upon reception. When loss or demage of the purchase is produced a replacement ítem will be sent.
